Shima Pilgrims are guided to the heart of Singing Bowls. Therapeutic bowls are to this date made using age-old methods of metal melding, blending, and beating to create unique pieces of sound healing instruments. On this trip we will visit the Gumba Monastery in Kathmandu valley, including optional trekking and a meditation retreat.
